Your return request via RMA online will be authorised by BAS Distributie by means of a return number sent to you by e-mail. Print the mailed documents and use them as address label and delivery note with your return shipment.

To avoid disappointments we want to emphasise that BAS Distributie does not accept goods without the BAS Distributie address label. Do not send products not listed on the delivery note and no products for which the application was no accepted. In both cases they will be returned to you immediately upon receipt.
